In the cellar the grapes have been squeezed and must was standing approx. 8 Days before being pressed oxygen-free by a pneumatic Inertys-press with low pressure. Fermentation took place in a big Austrian acica wood barrel as well as the storage. After 12 months the wine was bottled in our cellar.
unique Riesling: Dancer on the palate from the “Weinviertel” region. Shimmers skillfully between aromatic blossoms with stone fruit and mineral herbal spices. Changes from ripe apricots to lively acidity.
DRINKING TEMP. 10-12°C
