In the cellar the grapes have been squeezed and must was standing approx. 8 Days before being pressed oxygen-free by a pneumatic Inertys-press with low pressure. Fermentation took place in a big Austrian acica wood barrel as well as the storage. After 12 months the wine was bottled in our cellar.
Baroque quality originating in the “Weinviertel” region. With luring notes of tangy tobacco and aromatic herbs. It vibrates on the palate with power and elegance. Makes you want more.
