In the cellar the grapes have been destemed and squeezed and must was standing approx. 8 Days before being pressed by a pneumatic press with low pressure. Fermentation took place in Barriques and the wine was stored in Barriques. After 13 months the wine was bottled in our cellar.
Travel from the “Weinviertel” region to exoticism. A touch of vanilla, a hint of coconut. A note of ground nuts. Goes opulently well with food, a sophisticated wine.
