De-stemmed, 6-hour maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, matured in steel tanks for 3 months.
Light yellow-green, in the nose there is a fruity spicy bouquet of gooseberry, pear and delicate currant, elegant finish.
Serve at 8-10°C
