Crushed, 2.5 hours of maceration, pressed in a pneumatic press, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 19°C.
Bright green-yellow, exotic freshness on the nose and green apple, mineral undertones, on the palate crisp and firm, juicy finish.
Serve at 9-10°C
