Antlasberg, loamy & sandy soils, age of vines: 10 to 20 years
In the cellar the grapes have been destemed and squeezed and must was standing approx. 24 hours before being pressed oxygen-free by a pneumatic Inertys-press with low pressure. Fermentation as well as the storage took place with 80% in big wooden oak barrels and 20% in strainless steel tanks, after 6 months the wine was bottled
A scent of fresh fruit (apple, quince and citrus) also subtle yellow fruit and orals with spicy undertone, dry, dense and juicy melts into creamy, solid body with harmonious integrated acid, very balanced on the palate, lingering finish.
Serve at 8-9°C
