Pinot Noir and Merlot
In the cellar, the grapes were crushed quickly and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 25 days in stainless steel tanks with flooding and ventilation. It then matures for 19 months in oak barrels and then 8 months in the bottle.
Purple, rich, complex composition of Blauer Burgunder and Merlot varietals, ripe cassis notes, soft tannins with long finish.
Serve at 17 - 18°C
