Vinification: 
In the cellar, the grapes are crushed quickly and fermented at a temperature controlled 28°C for 20 days in stainless steel tanks with flooding and ventilation. The maturation occurs 100% in large oak barrels.

Dark ruby-red with slight violet hues, fresh and vibrant, strong fruity body with gentle tannins

Serve at 17 - 18°C
